reflect & expand is a collection of 12 original poems and images, as well as accompanying prompts to use in journaling, meditation, and/or conversation. The collection invites readers to explore universal themes we all experience as part of our humanity, including the challenges in being present in our lives, moving out of comfort and familiarity into the unknown, letting go of control, facing our shadows, living an authentic and meaningful life, and more.

Each poem/image/prompt section includes a blank page for writing directly in the book if desired.
